Supraland: A First Person Metroidvania Puzzle Game Now Free for Limited Time

Posted by

Supraland game offers the ultimate “sandbox” experience and provides players with a new perspective on puzzles, exploration, and adventure. In this popular first-person open-world game, you can go on a heroic quest to save your toy village.

This first-person Metroidvania puzzle game directly mentions Zelda, Metroid, and Portal as games that inspired it. Less time will be spent on story and combat, and more on exploring. This will give players about 12–25 hours of gameplay.

The Epic Games Store is now offering this game for free. Starting today till June 23, it will be available for free on the Epic Games Store.

The game will be added to the player’s library if they click the “Get” button and place the order.

Create an Epic Games account and get the Launcher from the site if you don’t already have one. Use your credentials to log in to the launcher and begin using the app. From here, you can download any of the free games available and then play them.

This game gives the impression that Epic Games Store will focus on indie and smaller games again, and that mystery games will no longer be available. Some people may be disappointed by this, but it works well for the Epic Games Store, which has a tendency to bring out more overlooked titles.

About Supraland Game:

David Münnich from Germany has created a first-person Metroidvania puzzle game. This game was heavily influenced by the likes of Zelda, Metroid, and even Portal.

The game treats you as though you’re a rational being and allows you to make your own decisions. The story is brief, but it provides you with a broad goal to work toward before letting you go. Even though it has cartoonish graphics, the game is aimed at adults. Game play time: 12–25 hours.

Metroidvania
You explore a big, connected world where most roads are impassable at first until you learn new skills that let you get around them. One of the most important parts of making Supraland was making abilities that can be used in so many different ways that they keep surprising you. When you put your skills together, the options get even bigger.

Puzzle -Design
The more you play, the more creative puzzles you’ll face that you’ve never seen anywhere else. This will make you stop and think about what skills you have and how you can use them in a different way. During the game design process, the developer didn’t use puzzle types that he already knew from other games.

Combat:
The fighting mechanics are influenced by old-school, fast-paced shooter games like Unreal, Doom, and Quake, encouraging high-speed strafing and jumping while firing shot after shot at hordes of charging foes without having to worry about weapons reloading.
