My view:

Two things to be considered before you install the spy sweeper:

Do your PC need a separate Anti-spyware software, becoz this one Conflicts with other (some) security applications.
While installing it will install Ask toolbar (many people consider this as an adware), but you can exclude it by unchecking the Ask toolbar option during installation.

3 Features I like:

It’s has simple user interface and installation is quick and easy.
Gamer mode prevents interruption of games, movies.
It’s ability to combat most major threats

3 Things I hate:

System performance: Slow scan rate and high memory usage.
No Antivirus, you need another security (webroot) product.
Conflicts with other or Third party security products.

My verdict:

It is good and most-respected anti-spyware software, but it is bad without an antivirus. So why do you need this? you can move on to a full security suite like KIS.
