Spencer is a simple, free and tiny application that brings back the classic Windows XP Style Start Menu to Windows 10 and Windows 8.
This app size is less than 1 MB, it doesn’t need any installation and using the app is simple, all you need to do is download the Spencer(.exe) file and drag the file to the ‘Taskbar’ or right-click the executable file and select ‘Pin to Taskbar’.Also, you can set a shortcut key in the icon properties, so that you can open the Start Menu with a keypress.
That’s it, the app will be added to your taskbar, open a start menu by clicking on it and access all entries in Windows XP style, you can directly access Control Panel, Admin command line, and Run dialog with one click.
