Samsung Galaxy S2 launched in India

This is pretty past, yesterday at Samsung Forum event in New Delhi, Samsung officially launched Samsung Galaxy S II in India. Samsung Galaxy S2 is the successor of successful Android smartphone Samsung Galaxy S and has great features and specifications that will make you excite about this smartphone.

The Galaxy S II aka I9100 runs with 1.2GHz dual-core processor on latest Android version 2.3 aka Gingerbread and it features 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display, 8MP camera with LED flash, full HD video recording and playback, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct support, Bluetooth 3.0, accelerometer, DLNA, 16GB internal memory and 1650mAh battery.

Price and availability :

The smartphone will be available in India in Mobiles stores by the end of this month and in the event samsung said the price will be around RS 30,000 but it didn’t reveal the exact price.

  1. I am interested in buying galaxy s2. But some say that the Indian version will not have exynos processor and also will not feature the Super Amoled plus , instead it will have tegra 2 and super LCD display. Is this rumour or real.
