Mozilla announced the availability of the Firefox 3.6 RC2 (second release Candidate),which is the latest development milestone of the next version of the Firefox web browser. This RC is considered to be stable and safe to use for daily web browsing, and represents the features and content that will be in the final product release.
So those who are interested can take a test drive and tell to the Mozilla developers what you think of this release candidate.

Firefox 3.6 code-named Namoroka, is built on Mozilla’s Gecko 1.9.2 web rendering platform, which has s many improvements for web developers, Add-on developers and users. This version is also faster and more responsive than previous versions, and has been optimized to run on small device operating systems such as Maemo.
More details about the release an be found in the release notes (here), personally I think the major improvement in RC2 from RC1 is is a fix to a JavaScript bug in the Linux build. So this is just a repackage of the RC1 build with a new version number.
If all goes well this will likely be the last Release Candidate before the final build of Firefox 3.6 , which will be available for public on January 26.
