GMinder is a reminder program that waits in your system tray and alerts you when you have an upcoming Google Calendar event. GMinder supports multiple calendars and allows you to configure how you want to be alerted. Since it downloads your events, it works offline and enables you to preview your agenda of events.

Using of Gminder is very simple, first enter your Google login information data, then download list of calendars, and then select the ones (if they have more than one) you want to display on your Windows task bar.

Gminder shows complete information on your screen, if you double click the icon on the taskbar, you’ll see a window full of events and appointments. Clicking on an event you will see the expanded information, and you can choose to open it on your browser (with the button “Open”) and if you prefer to delete a event you can remove it from Gminder.
