Just now I reported about the release of Skype app for Android devices, now it’s Counterpart Fring announced that “FringOut ” app is now available for Android powered phones.
Few weeks back for Nokia Symbian S60 phones, Fring Launched a new service or app called “Fringout”, which provides cheap VoIP to phone calls. So now Fringout landed in Android Market, which allows you to call any phone number worldwide from 1c/min!

Unlike Skype , FringOut app works on all Android OS versions, works over WiFi and 3G, 4G, and other mobile broadband services in the US and abroad.
Another advantage is it supports multiple chat networks like Yahoo, ICQ, AIM, Facebook, Twitter, Windows Live, and Google Talk.Also it supports FREE video calls, which isn’t available in current Skype’s Android app.
