Foxit Reader is light and best free alternative to Adobe PDF reader to view PDF files, today Foxit Software has released a major version Foxit Reader 5 and it is now available for download.
The version 5 brings several features and introduces a new Ribbon like interface similar Nitro PDF Reader, but the UI is disabled by default.Users can enable it by going through main UI and click on “choosing Tools—> Customize Toolbars”, then select “Use Tabbed Toolbar mode after restarting” and restart the program.
The key feature of Foxit Reader 5 is support for XFA electronic form-filling, which can fit a document to the width of the page and split the screen into two or four panes.Other key features include increased security, preview of PDF file attachments in Microsoft Outlook, thumbnail previews of PDFs in Internet Explorer , customisation tools and more.
