As we are all waiting for the Final release of Firefox 4 for desktops, but there is a good news for Mobile users, now Mozilla released the First beta of Firefox 4 for Android as well as Maemo devices.
Firefox 4 for Android and Maemo (also known as “Fennec”) is built on the same technology platform as Firefox for the desktop and optimized for browsing on a mobile phone.

New Features of Firefox 4 Beta 1:
- Sync: synchronizes a user’s tabs, history, bookmarks and passwords between a desktop PC and the smartphone.
- The Awesome Screen: Instantly gives you access to your recent history, bookmarks and tabs just by tapping in the Awesome Bar
- Add-ons: Similar to desktop version of Firefox, you can manage & install Add-ons with Add-ons Manager is located in your browser tools.
- Jaegermonkey JIT: It runs JavaScript much faster than the Android 2.1 browsers.
- Electrolysis: Allows the browser interface to run in a separate process
