  1. I followed the instructions, installed it and used the serial number the sent. Got a message that the serial had already been used and the program shut down. I tried again with a different email and got the same serial number sent to me.
    Anybody else havikng this kind of problem?

    1. Nick i had same problem with this and the power desk 7 promo from a few weeks back Avanquest Software are not worth the hassle.To me anyway.

      1. Avanquest software does seem to be plagued with problems. This just looked like something good for backing up my work files at home.

  2. I have the same problem with the serial number.
    Maybe we are all getting the same number!
    I hope this can be resolved.

    1. That’s the problem David. I saw on another site where the serial was posted it is the same as mine: 3132-0471-BSMD-A4EX-KEJ6-HKJ0

    1. This Serial works, but You can’t register it online. This serial is used for this 30000 times and it is all. But don’t worry- this is very bad software. You be happy you can’t it use. It makes You much more problems then good.

  6. I got –IT– now –IT– acts like an advertising pop-up constantly on my monitor. What a piece of ridiculous trash they sell.I am going to try to un-install it and hopefully no one else will waste their money on it.
