Bharti Airtel, today announced the launch of a new service called ” My Account Services” for its prepaid mobile customers. According to airtel it is India’s first online self care services for  prepaid mobile customers across the country. With this new initiative, just like postpaid customers Airtel allows its prepaid mobile customers to track and easily manage their Airtel mobile (number) account online by logging onto www.airtel.in


‘Prepaid My Account’ is a simple, secure and convenient way for Airtel prepaid mobile customers to access a whole host of functionalities including checking balance, recharging, starting / stopping VAS services, provisioning 3G, raising and tracking service requests, viewing last 5 recharge details etc. Airtel prepaid mobile customers can visit the new self care website to receive and activate customized offers on ‘my airtel, my offer’ (MAMO), view tariff & top up options, request for the itemized bill and more!

The launch of online self service capabilities for Airtel prepaid customers is one of the company’s ongoing efforts towards delivering the best customer experience in the digital space and empowering customers with a convenient, non-intrusive and 24×7 available way of managing their prepaid mobile accounts.

The Airtel My Account Service currently offers the following services :

  1. Get details of your balance and validity
  2. Get last five recharge details and the details of last five VAS (Value-Added-Services)
  3. Start/ Stop any Value Added Services
  4. View your current call tariff details
  5. Know best tariff Suited for your number and subscribe it online
  6. Activate VAS like GPRS and Airtel 3G online
  7. Get a PUK Code online
  8. Access to suggesting/complaining on Network coverage, call drops, faulty deductions etc.
