Google adds more than 1200 emoticons to gmail

Google announced another addition for Gmail, through an agreement with mobile operators “Extra emoji” in Japan, Google has added about 1,200 emoticons to Gmail.
Among the new emoticons are national flags, road signs, more animals and various animations. With a total of 13 categories there’s a strong possibility that people will be able to carry out conversations without typing a single word.
If you want to enable this feature in Gmail,then click Settings–>Labs —>Extra Emoji(enable) and finally click Save changes button.Remember that if you’re using Gmail Offline changes may take several minutes to take effect .
