2. Now fill the form by entering your first name,last name,email address(make sure your email is valid ),country and Click submit button as shown in the above image.
3. Then  the page refreshes and tells you  “Thanks for your Registration” as shown in above image,Now check your email that you’ve entered in step2.
4. Open the email  with a  subject “eservice” and note down the User ID and Serial Number.
5. Now Download Paragon Total Defrag 2009  software from below links ,please don’t download software from pargaon site.

Note: According to my personal experience,Paragon Total Defrag is a very different defragging tool – you need to restart back in to the application and leave it running. Do not interrupt if possible. Best leave it doing it’s work.
