Well, there is little more to say after the title of the post, just because Kaspersky Labs also offers users (Windows 7) to try Kaspersky on the new Microsoft operating system, Windows 7.
Antivirus Beta on a Beta OS? It does not sound bad.
This Beta version Antivirus for windows 7 is nothing but Kaspersky Antivirus 8.0 with some changes to run it and optimize it for this new operating system. In addition, it also includes a firewall and a spam filter.
The interesting thing is that the engine behind this new virus is an improved heuristic analyzer capable of detecting unknown viruses or viruses not included in the database, with an isolated virtual environment for executing suspicious applications.
Personally Kaspersky is one of the antivirus I like to use for it’s good performance and good detection of malware.Furthermore, the interface has been made very smooth, making it very easy for new users and that is something to be grateful. We will have separate tabs by options (Scan, Update and License) from which to access all the program options and settings.
Moreover, this version also benefits from the different cores of the machine to improve performance at the time of scanning.
So if you have already took the risk of running a beta operating system, why not to test it with an Beta Antivirus?. Remember that it is a trial version and you have 90 days to check or test it’s usefulness.
