Call US & Canada for Free with Gmail

Google added yet another Kill Feature to Gmail, Google Officially announced that now onwards users can  make free phone calls to US and Canada using Gmail. According Google already Over 1 Million Calls are made through Gmail in just 24 Hours.

In order to use this all you need to do is download and install Google voice plugin for Gmail and call any phone right from Gmail. Currently the service is available for U.S. based Gmail users and it will be implemented to other countries over the next few days. Once the service is active “Call Phones” shows up in your chat list .

Also calling rates to other countries is very low when compared to local telecoms operators and even lower than Skype.You can check out the full call rate table over here.

More over Google promised the Free Call service to U.S. and Canada will be kept free for at least the rest of the year.
